Students will develop creativity, teamwork, and nutritional awareness while practicing practical cooking and digital communication skills.

3

Write the Recipe (20 min): Students write a step-by-step recipe, listing ingredients and instructions. Use theRecipe card.

4

Preparation & Cooking (50–60 min): Groups prepare their breakfast using safe kitchen practices.

5

Video Creation (20–30 min): Students film a short video of their recipe, including preparation steps, final presentation, and a brief explanation of why it’s healthy.

6

Sharing & Eating (30 min): Groups present their dishes, share the meal together, and watch each other’s videos.

7

Reflection & Discussion (15 min): Discuss what they learned about healthy eating, teamwork, and media presentation.

Didactic tips:

  • Emphasize hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
  • Encourage creativity, not perfection; taste and nutritional balance matter more than presentation.
  • Guide students on concise and clear video storytelling for social media.
  • Offer examples of healthy ingredients and substitutions to accommodate dietary restrictions.
