Ask a question or pose a challenge that invites many and relatively detailed responses.

Give students thinking time and/or preparation time depending on the task.

Say who starts.

Continue until everyone in the group has shared their answer once.
Didactic tips
- Tell the groups that finish first what they can do while waiting for the last groups to finish.
- Optionally, use the Round Robin method to divide the students into random groups.
